Baking for those that want to learn.

If you know me I am a really friendly, easy going guy who loves baking and teaching others what knowledge that I can bestow on them.  I may not know all the answers to every question that is asked but I am willing to go out of my way to learn the answers.  In all of my time of cooking and baking I have been a very inquisitive person and  I wanted to know the answers to many things.  It is the teachers that take the time to teach and inform you of what you need to do and/or what you may or may not be doing correctly.  I thank all of the people that have taught me and helped me grow in my culinary adventures.  This is not a typical post that I normally will do since there is not a recipe that is going to follow.  This is a blog that I want people to read and ask me some baking or cooking questions so I can help you all conquer the world of culinary skills and tackle baking dilemmas.
